OSLO — A person has been seriously injured in a stabbing at a high school in Oslo, Norwegian media report.
Oslo police received a call about ongoing deadly violence at 12:12 p.m. Five minutes later, a person had been arrested, NTB writes.
“We are now at the scene, talking to witnesses, conducting crime scene work, checking surveillance cameras and taking other immediate investigative measures,” task force leader Eirik Sannes told NRK.

According to police, many students were at the school when the incident occurred. The school is now working to protect the students.
At 12:40 p.m., police said the situation was under control.
Police have not yet released further details about the victim or the arrested person. The investigation is ongoing.
